Isn't that basically an Assani cape?

There's this dude at my gym who has the highest strength:weight ratio I've ever seen.

He's 140 lbs, but he can squat 315 for one, deadlift 355 for one, and bench 205 for 3. He also rows 100 lbs DBs for 6. Dude is a total monster.

We call him mini-Zeus/pocket Zeus.

Doesn't pretty much every powerlifter (excl some in superheavyweight classes) have somewhat similar ratios? At least looking at whiteboard weasel, cha, krsone and saw have similar total:bw ratio at higher bodyweigths, and pretty sure some other 2+2 powerlifters like bpa have too.

I guess it's still rare/weird to see a "strong" really small guy.

This month some tiny guy just like that 150lbs put 3 plates on and snapped off 8 reps. I was going to thumbs up but he walked away immediately.

So I had to take off the plates...

Doesn't actually even say it was a lift, just "3 plates"

Wasn't there some tiny bro around here who posted a video of himself doing a 3x bw DL. I think he was 145lbs. Form left something to be desired, but I think he made the lift.

saw got around 2.6xbw DL in a meet.

Might not be exactly right, but it was around there.

I'm working on that, the easy way. i.e. by reducing my weight to about 75lb.

Crossfit coach today attempted ~60# atlas stone Turkish get up. I think he aborted the attempt. I'm not sure because as soon as I saw what he was doing, I looked away. It looked like it would end badly, very badly.

The important thing is motivation. If you structure your workout such that failure=death, it guarantees maximum WIM.

very good point, but I doubt it would've killed him, just severely bashed his face in.

I would have considered it, but I was a bit too shocked to move, and by the time I could've grabbed my phone to video, he had abandoned his attempt.

I should add he had a girl kind of hovering her hands by stone in case he dropped it, so it was totally safe.
