Well I was free weight benching with a bar for tris; certainly gave me some extra strength I thought.
Another point that I wanted to make which is sort of related to me being so pissed off in the first place in that he was on the bench right next to the mirror and I was on the next one over and was there so I could use the mirror off to the side for form but he chose to use that one but anyway just wanted to ask the degree that you all use mirrors for form?
For me they are incredibly important for so many exercises I do.
