She's (Violetta Varga) been lifting for quite awhile, and it's obv in a squat suit, monolift, wide stance. So meh on the lifting numbers.

It's hard to say, but I know girls who can't hbbsatg 250lbs that are getting 400-500lbs geared wide monolift squats passed in PL meets.

So sub-300lbs wouldn't surprise me one bit.

That is really much, much easier than continuing to try and get stronger.

Wouldn't it be easier if they just redesigned the monolift to carry the weight of the bar throughout the lift? Easy 6000 lbs squat bro.

I'm pretty well versed in women's PL

Everyone in PL is a world record holder.

There are 50+ federations and then you add her age into it and you get lots of WRs.
