Crossfitters were set up in a parking lot as I was driving home from work the other day, I guess trying to attract new people. They had those giant tires and a bunch of them were hitting the tires with sledgehammers.

Saw a ****** try to OHP 165 without clips today and he was imbalanced pretty bad and ended up dumping all the weight in a pretty flagrant manner.

in and out of the gym thats it...If u want results ofc...if u dont ,and u want to "observe" things...go feed the pigeons or something

Come on up to Anchorage and do one workout with me. You can then see if I am wasting time and not getting results. I do my own thing and do not tell others (my daughter excluded) how to train. Having blinders on is not productive nor safe.

So today I was doing some tricep pushdowns and some kid asks me if he can jump in. I say sure, knock yourself out. He proceeds to move the pin down to about double the weight I was using and I'm thinking this will be quite impressive. Anyway, he struggles getting the the thing down for about 15-20 seconds, then mumbles something inaudible and moves it back up. But not back to where I had it because he's made his bed now, he can't go and admit that he's not stronger than me. So now he's doing these quarter rep pushdowns with form I can only imagine would be close to suitable for close grip decline benchpresses os.

If your workouts don't require you to rest several minutes between sets, you're probably a ggo.
