Restarted 5/3/1 with 330 1RM...at least I got more than last week's 5 reps. Gonna just have to accept that this is the new normal, weakness.
On the plus side, I finally got a new car- 2015 Audi A4
LOLOL, Lauren and I go do dinner last night and on the way back she says something like "I think Alex and Louie broke up". I insta think no ****ing way. Shes like no he posted something about moving on from a girl on facebook. I drive stunned for like 15 secs and she starts reading the post. I basically insta know it's a troll and then she tells me Louie has liked the post...... Was pretty funny, we got a good laugh from it.
Obv GJ on new car.
