I do squat through my mid-foot, so weight being a little forward is expected but that was egregious. Basically I suck and haven't really looked at my own form in awhile.
I lifted last week but everything felt super heavy. I did this exact same workout but could only muster 2 reps on the squat and 3 on OHP, so I decided to do a deload for the rest of the week. Things felt quite a bit better today.
