Life has been a bit stressful lately since I've been interviewing at several different places. Luckily I ended up getting two offers yesterday and already a made a decision. So life will hopefully go back to a more normal, less stressful routine and gains will return.

267 total at ~92 is just slightly over a 300 Sinclair score. So I'm pretty excited. Plus, I cleaned more than Ilya Ilyin did yesterday, so I'm basically an Olympic gold medalist already.

Everything felt just ****ty and slow. First day of work so I didn't get as much sleep as usual and was seated most of the day, so the hammies felt super tight and didn't want to warm up.

So everything felt a lot better obviously, but with a twist. On the bike ride in to work this morning, I crashed and scraped up my elbows. So now I have some solid open wounds that probably won't heal for a long time thanks to weightlifting. Also have a bruise on my upper, outside of my quad on my right leg. So, same leg as my knee pain from before.

You're not wrong. Back squats and dead lifts are really all I can do right now. On the plus side, gym sessions are super short.
