Thanks Monte, felt good. 210 is definitely there, 220 might be a stretch at this point. Who knows though, with a great recovery and some caffeine pre-WO it might be doable.

Oh damn. My scale's batteries died a couple months ago and I finally ordered some. Well, looks like I'm a full 94kg now, instead of my standard 90kg. Looks like the gainz train will be slowing down since I'm going to have to cut a little weight. Welp, it was good while it lasted. #newyearnewme

Snatch
worked up to 100 and it all fell apart.

This nagging knee pain finally hurt while lifting. It wasn't feeling quite right during warmups and then on the pull for 100 I heard a slight pop as the barbell passed my knee. It hurt when catching in the hole. I tried setting up after and it hurt. The area it hurts is specifically near the bottom of my knee cap on the part of my leg inside, but more towards the front. I'll pull out the ole WebMD and come up with a diagnosis.

I did some flossing and squatted a bit. Then tried to see if this different setup changed any pain. It did not.
