My legs feel pretty weak despite squeezing out some decent numbers. Scaling back intensity in favor of some volume for a bit. Probably going to hang in the 80-85% range for a couple weeks with the occasional spike to 95+.

Ya definitely getting some good tips. The guy that runs it is cool and helps people out quite a bit. There are also a couple of national's level athletes that train here, so it's good to be in that sort of environment. Learning different perspectives, commiserating about how lol US weightlifting is on the world scale, etc.

Going to give the Fortis program another run. It should help me get some gains/stamina back in my legs and also more structured attempts at higher percentages. Today's Olympic movements were at 70%. I had to up the snatch because 77 honestly just felt like nothing.
