I should probably start counting calories sometime, but that's not fun and I'm not good at estimating what my GF cooks. If I weren't getting meals made for me all the time I might not have put on all this weight. Regardless, I'm dropping eating out for the near future.

Back was a little meh from DL the day before and I felt tired. 275 went up very easy, but I have no idea why I failed 285 and wish I got it on video.

Top lelz at hitting 285 from hang easily. I should've hit 295 but some people were talking to me and my rest was too long, which led me to being slow under the bar.
Wanted to do some front squats but all the racks were in use by people doing BTN Press. I did some rings work (top position holds, ring dips, pullups) but I didn't pay much attention to how many reps/sets.
