Sure, but I am not Chinese. I will probably do more random BB + pressing stuff once my meet is over, until then it's just specialization and focusing on lifts and squats.

I think the 2nd one was mental, the 1st one probably over doing the 2nd pull and just not getting under quick.
I lifted some days in here but was too busy to log them on fitocracy, so I don't know exactly what i did.
