Monte that's a huge nono in wl if it affects your turnover though.

Just got a chance to watch the vid. Cleaning issue is overpulling, or just mental/clarking? What do you think?

Sure, but I am not Chinese. I will probably do more random BB + pressing stuff once my meet is over, until then it's just specialization and focusing on lifts and squats.

I think the 2nd one was mental, the 1st one probably over doing the 2nd pull and just not getting under quick.


I lifted some days in here but was too busy to log them on fitocracy, so I don't know exactly what i did.

Just saw recently that they do weighted dips for dual purpose: tricep work and also to decompress the spine at the end of their lift and squat session. Use a belt with plates hanging off.

When you miss the CJ's, at the bottom you're on your toes, leaning forward and your elbows look down to me. Also, looks like you're arming it and the bar path is not vertically straight, kinda arcing which could be part of the problem too. imo...

I like this, just wish I had somewhere to do dips that wasn't gymnastics rings. I mean, I guess I could try them on that too but I'm not the best with stability on rings. Which gives me the perfect excuse to get better at rings...
