I think you pointed me towards Fortis at one point and I tried it. I'd have to check how it went then since I don't remember.
It's going pretty well now though. I am getting solid recovery and despite squatting a lot of volume last week, I felt fine the next day.

I have access to the gym any time of the day, so for the most part I never even see him. It's only on random days where my schedule is hectic and I can't get in an early lift that he's there. Honestly, the worst part is that he likes to get into discussions about politics. We share similar views on most topics too, but just stop ****ing politarding at the gym.
