That sounds about right and I remember wondering about RDLs weight before when I tried this program. The part that kind of sucks about RDLs is the constant TUT. At least with DL I can basically drop the barbell below the knees, reset with a new breath, and go again. Should be fairly easy to move up quickly in weight imo.
