I'd guess you'd be more around 170-190 for RDLs, work up to those #s over the next few workouts imo. Slightly > clean DL (?).

That sounds about right and I remember wondering about RDLs weight before when I tried this program. The part that kind of sucks about RDLs is the constant TUT. At least with DL I can basically drop the barbell below the knees, reset with a new breath, and go again. Should be fairly easy to move up quickly in weight imo.

Jeez, the guy just can't win. He praises me for not sucking and gets complaints. He chides me for sucking and gets complaints. He's actually the owner of the gym. :\

RDLs still suck. but are starting to feel a little better. It's really the 5 reps under constant tension that suck. Typically with DL I at least have a short rest at the bottom.
