I'm running out of ideas. This is obviously because of benching last night. 205 was heavy, and a couple reps were ****ty, in that they did not hit low enough on my chest. idk. Just took the lax to my pec but idk if it will help much. This was a sharp pain like something being pinched. Not sure how many nerve endings tendons have but if they do its probably my bicepital tendon being shredded.
This may be totally unrelated... but...
A while back I had
calcific tendinitis. Most of the time I would be fine, but some actions would result in seriously sharp, stabbing pain. Things like reaching out were the worst, but even when walking, etc it would happen.
Mine was caused by a blow, but I think it can be caused my many things, even something as simple as sleeping on it wrong.
I had an ultrasound and x-ray and they gave me a cortisone injection and stabbed me with a needle and it basically snap-fixed it.
