Mobility work and stretching done between sets. Picked up where I left off with CoachTrainerDude at the end of May and just added a few pounds to everything. OHP was super difficult, last reps of each set were pretty sketchy. Failed really early on third set of chins, not sure if I cut the rest too short or was just tired. This session took way long as I spent substantial time on set ups. Odd weights due to treating bar as 45 pounds before realizing it is 20kg.
Squats – bw x 10, 44lbs x 10, 79lbs x 20
Bench – 44lbs x 7, 69lbs x 10 x 3 sets
Bent over rows – 44lbs x 7, 69lbs x 10 x 3 sets
OHP – 56.5lbs x 10 x 3 sets
Chin ups – 10/9/6
Dips – 9/8/8
Curls – 56.5lbs x 10 x 3 sets
