Going slower pace wise is key and something I tend to struggle with. Though, any pace I do is relatively slow. My damper is set somewhere between 4 and 5. I forget how exactly I determined that setting but you were involved with the provision of advice either directly or pointing me towards some online video resources with respect to both the damper setting and form.
