Thanks feels!
Half marathon - 1:43:43.
Mixed feelings on this one. Making the start line looked doubtful at times, so happy with any finish on one level. It is a new PR, so happy with that as well. But, I am pretty confident I was in sub 1:40 shape before all my wheels fell off during training, so a bit disappointed from that perspective. Had both achilles, left calf/hamstring/hip all taped up for it and things held together. Turned out to be a pleasant jog on a hot day. I have 18 weeks to get healthy and ready for the next one. I'll take another crack at sub 1:40 then.
Long way to go and a short time to get there.

Thanks all!
Been taking it easy since running the Half. Have not been tracking weight or calories and have not been doing a good job of logging. Still getting on the scale every morning and have been within a couple pounds of 140 on either side.

Your version of "taking it easy" is a hell of a lot more than most people do.

lol, I have this damned workout streak going that is nearing 1300 days in a row that will not let me rest, but scaling everything back has been nice!

Still getting enough pain in various body parts while running that I should probably go see a PT again. Seems like a big chore, so we'll see.
