For people with poor mobility/olds/etc they generally do better with more accessory work in the beginning. You forsake prioritization and some other lolz. But life is all tradeoffs.

If your goal is hypertrophy I see no reason to kill yourself in the beginning of your workout with heavy deadlifts.

Considering that deads hit everything, why would you not want to do the maximum weight you can possibly do on it? Are you trying to tell me that your weight and rep range don't change no matter if you do deads and the start or the end of the workout?

JUST ROFL

If your goal is a better looking body deadlifts are not mandatory I'll even go that way and call it a overrated exercise. Deadlifts mainly target your posterior chain, and sure as hell is a good exercise for your hams, glutes and lower back. However If you are average Joe trying to look better on the beach or in a T shirt there is just no point in exhausting yourself that much for very little effective gain for your actual goals.

5'9 160 is jacked?

I think EV would take OP in a nude-off. Op's abs look a bit soft and possibly cottage cheesy. EV ripped at 160.

They strengthen your abs and obliques too, along with just about every other muscle in your body. I'll be thankful for a strong back when I'm old, biceps won't matter much then. Wrt looks, chest and arms are great but a strong back makes one durable and robust. Skipping deads is equivalent to being the guy who skips legs, just a poor decision.

I presumed Emoken, but was also throwing bdidy and busto (RIP) into the mix... I even later considered clowntown. He is an even better SAD than busto and his arms are Too Big.

Have you wore a v-neck tee? Do you know what they main thing that makes you look good in one of those? Huge traps. Do you know what deadlifts make massive? Traps.

Holy cow, that's more weight than most people warm up with. Maybe you should start a well too.

Pre workout supplements, redbull in powder form? Worth buying or just expensive caffeine with added science?

Pre will give you more then just naked caffeine. On the other hand caffeine pills are way more economical. Especially if you start firing off EC stacks. Do your research before you do that though lol.

Did it take over a year of lifting to be able to do 500lbs for reps? Or did it come easy, say 6 or 7 months?

I started lifting at like 13 so it took many years

Just looked that up, crazy stuff. I remember taking ephedrine in hs for the lols, nice little buzz. Don't think it's even legal here anymore.

Many years to reach what you consider average? Damn. That leads me to something I've noticed about my stream of consciousness since I got back into lifting a few months ago, namely, I'm less at ease with myself physically and I think about lifting more than a cool person should (if you buy that the epitome of cool is Clint Eastwood as The Man With No Name.) Blondie wouldn't gaf about hitting his macros and proper rest and nutrition, wtf. I just want to workout and forget about lifting until the next workout. It's monopolizing my thoughts over more important things, like money and organized crime.

My body was very addicted. I could pop 500mg caffeine and 10mg of ephedrine and it wouldn't even effect me lol.

I used to drink Rockstar Acai BCAA everyday.
