End of February after my snowboard trip. First reason is that snowboarding is hard when you're fat (like ****ing everything else lol) and I want to focus on getting in better shape for that. Spending my energy on general lifting and conditioning seems more suited for that goal than doing BJJ. Second reason is mentally bitching out because I don't feel "ready" yet. I dunno, it's hard to jump back in when you're so out of shape. So I'll have a bit of a fitness base when I go back and I hopefully won't pass out after the warm-ups.

Really hard to drag myself to the gym today blah blah blah. Glad I went obv. I haven't actually been during the school year, which contributed to my feelings of not wanting to go. Even at 7:30 on a Friday night it was pretty busy, but fortunately I got the last rack available.

Felt like ass today. I was in bed for a few hours feeling miserable. Whatever I have isn't gone yet. Annoying because it keeps coming and going. I felt fine on Monday and then was sick Tuesday and Wednesday, then Thursday and Friday I felt fine and today I get hit again. I got some comfort carbs in the form of cereal to ease my suffering, but it was just kinda ****ty tasting. I might just throw away the rest of the box. Back to not gyming. I did do a bunch of foam rolling and stretching today. I'm gong to try and make that a habit.
