Toe is already feeling better so I guess it's not broken and that is
. I'll probably skip BJJ tomorrow to give it a bit more time to heal but after that I'm just gonna tape it up and go.
Diet update: I'm eating almost entirely the same stuff as when I was logging, with the protein:fat ratio being a little higher now. Still very low carb. I've been sticking to 16-hour fasts but when I'm working out regularly my appetite is greater (even two days post-workout) and it's definitely harder now. I'm finding myself thinking about food a lot in the mornings before I break fast. I'm going to switch to a 14/10 schedule and see how that goes.
