I like the idea of eating now what would be maintenance at goal weight. So ill aim for 1800 each day.

No diabetes, yet. Its in my family though. I like the idea of crash dieting largely for compliance reasons. Motivation wains (for me anyway) so getting as much off as fast as possible feels GTO... but probably isn't.

Panfried chipotle seasoned chicken with pumpkin mash. Ate it over two sittings. Was easy and tasty, will probably become a staple. Went shopping and bought a few cooking staples today; cast iron skillet and decent crock pot. Planning to make turkey chilli and beef stew at some point this week. Also SS is going to have to wait as gyms are still closed where I am because of Covid. I'll walk the dog daily for some light exercise. Also have a good set of resistance bands so I'll find a video on youtube or something of some hot chick with perky tits to use those along to and shake my fat a bit.
