Nah I am back in Texas but that workout was painful. That's the workout that made me quit last time. Got it this time and I looked at the program and I don't think it gets worse than this, so I should be good for 5:40 mile in three weeks.
When are you planning your trip to Brazil? I think it would be way cheaper to setup a match there. I have to KO spenda first in January, that's when I will decide. But in the meantime I will take a class or two.
Focus on keeping your core solid and hinging only at the hips when you DL. That's what I did to improve my DL by 220 lbs after a worse back injury than yours when I was much older than you are now.
Here comes more loco. Lining me up for a fight while I'll be in holiday mode. There is no angle this guy won't shoot.
We don't have concrete plans for a Brazil trip at the moment, although we have loosely discussed it and I would say we're probably a 50% chance to be there sometime between about February and August 2018.

I have major tinnitus. It started in August but I thought it was temporary. Last two days I have had major hearing loss in the ear with the ringing.
I am praying to the h&f gods I have syphillis and an antibiotic will fix me up. But since the episodes are highly correlated to my casino time, I really am praying. It really is interfering with my life, when I put my phone on my right ear I barely hear and everyone sounds like Donald Duck. That can't be good. The realities of the Olds are setting in, I have no way to fight this one. Got fancy earplugs for the casino, that's it.
When I went on a 4day hike in the middle of nowhere, it went completely away. There were only birds and rivers.
I will quit casinos if it means getting my right ear back. Might be too late now, there wasn't hearing loss before. In fact my ear was much more sensitive to sounds. Now if i scratch it I really can't hear my finger, just feels numb. Good game right ear, at least there is another one.
Hearing loss in one ear was one of my wife's first symptoms, but it was total loss. You got anything else weird and unexplained going on?
Most ear, nose, and throat offices have an audiologist who'll do a hearing test in a soundproof booth. You just make an appointment and briefly see a dr before it.
Book this fight. I'm going to come work Snitch's corner.
Haha! You're on!
Although no doubt loco is already devising some new condition like I don't get a cornerman or water (don't want me loading up on any more of that punching power delivering fake lbm in between rounds!).
Duuuude.......
don't be stupid, run RUN to the doctors office. There are a bunch of things with hearing loss that can be treated completely away very well if you act fast.
I am always surprised with such things that people do as first a post on 2+2 instead of going to the doc.
And why again are you boxing? You like getting hit on your head?

Jefferson deadlift 3x1 @215
Jefferson squat 3x6 @115
Weighted extensions 3x12 @+75
AA chins (60s rest) bwx6, 3x6xbw+10, bwx6
Kneeling 1-arm landmine press 3x8 @+50
I had two good lowers this week and this shiet show. Too much experimenting. Removing Jefferson squat. Jefferson deadlift needs pro instruction so cutting back on that. Sumo and trap bar are going to be my main deadlift.
