Probably all that heavy ass weight he's been lifting, actually.

And also cancer, obviously.

I might hold off on swings unless you 100% know you can do them without aggravating your back. I think goblet squat -> FS is a good idea. Deadlift off pins/RDL =

/ideas

Why leg press / curl / ext? [serious]

Try to maintain quads, it's probably my best muscle group. But I was so quad dominant in my squatting days that I am panicking they going to atrophy.

I am hoping to be able to do belt squats eventually. Front squats bothered me pre-injury.

I'm going to quit squats forever to do Bulgarian split squats. So far I've done the bar. Just thought you'd like to know.

Oh, I started. I started about a hundred times. I think I know a think or two about starting.

So you're like a lawnmower that teases you and turns over until the grass is just a bit too much and seizes up.

Could be. I mean, didn't loco just spend a bunch of time in the mountains/jungle somewhere in SA.

However, I'm personally inclined to lean towards the normal fluctuations in apatite within the menstrual cycle as the more likely answer.

6/12

BW 160

Press up to 160x1
Upperbody stuff

Not much to report, back is good but I am scared so I only upperbody heavy.

No video on press but it doesn't even make whiteboard, so who cares. Just wanted to be part of this elite group

RealB
Evoken
Freddbird
Jdock
SAW

The tiniest of bros now representing the 6th slot. Maybe G4S can join one day, doubt Aidan or fakeB can reach these heights.

Ty good sirs.

Not even a PR since I have hit 165 before @170 lb bodyweight.

Still surprising that I can hit this. I rarely OHP. However, I stopped flat benching conventional. I incline and cgbp and out of this, this press came to fruition.

Incline bench possibly the greatest upperbody exercise, from an aesthetic and efficiency point of view.

I had a weaksauce lower day today, log it for kicks.

Rfess 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3
Ground based deadlift 185x5 205x5 215x5
Weighted hypers +75 3x10
Leg extension
Leg curl
Calves

I know I am stronger on split squats but started panicking with the 65lb dumbells and cut the ROM and moved on to the next exercise. I feel really good but I don't think I can ever go to back squats or front squats.

I have read a number of places that say to stay away from the rear foot elevated if you have low back issues.

Maybe consider instead a standing split squat?
