Seems reasonable from the little research I have done. I am guessing yesterday was 145.

I might get a garmin though. Some old cougar blonde that wanted to pound, highly recommended it.
I've got a Garmin 405cx. It's a pretty sweet setup. All the Garmin products link up to their own online software called Garmin Connect. It's great for analyzing any type of running/paddling/cycling/etc. The only thing that it doesn't do that most people wish it did was give you a summary for how much time you're spending in different heart rate zones. It gives you the ability to input and setup your zones, and your average zone for the activity, but not the amount of time spent in each.

As for your shoe comments, I just picked up a pair of these

Asics Gel NoosaFasts. I can't complain, they seemed to work alright for me tonight, but then I don't have any extensive time with them to really compare, and only bought them because they looked cool lol.

Awful new log title. Was obviously supposed to be the realities of natty training. But no worries, going to start my third log soon. My boy candito just released his new bench program. Sweet, back to gainzville.

RiceU outer loop 3mile trail run : 26:46

Mile2: 7:48
Walk 1/2 mile

This felt solid but disappointed my second mile interval was so slow. Ran this for the first time exactly 20 years ago. No clue what my times were back then, but wouldn't be surprised if papaloco crushes teenloco at everything except sex marathons. I am slower, but bigger and stronger. My endurance was probably better back then. But the difference is I got more heart now.

Papaloco 23:48
Teenloco 24:02

I don't really get the log title either.... why would anyone ever believe loco was not natty???!!

One thing I notice again about naturolo training is that the gap between how you look unpumped vs pumped is way smaller. You look facking 20lbs heavier and 2% leaner pumped on aas and maybe 5lbs heavier and 1% leaner pumped without aas.

Back hurts from squats. Right knee ligament/tendon feels like I am flicking rubberband at the bottom of deep squats. Left calf sore from Wednesday run (I ran forefooted).

The Realities of the Olds setting in. Getting the MRI later this month. Still might start this candito bench program on Monday. First three weeks is 5 on/2 off. Which is kinda of tough with work and running but might still be doable.

Need to run and train back this weekend.

12/10

Had a couple awful workouts on tues and wed. I was all cracked out on insane veinz, insane brainz, and psychotic. My buddy stacks these products. Awful. Did front squats up to 175x2 and they felt fine so going to bring those back in. Front squats and stiff leg deads, the main lowerbody exercises for now.

Today I just took insane veinz preworkout by itself. Huge pump man, huge. Started looking like bdiddy midworkout. And I got a 230x5 bench, which ties a PR. I am leaning towards not doing the candito bench program or running it cgbp. My bench form is solid I think, but the bar path is messed up. It doesn't come up towards my head but away. While on cgbp it does resemble the bar path that records are set.

Have had only two cardio workouts since last log. Two 20 min incline treadmill sessions at 138hbm and 245 calories burned. Nice and easy, now need to find room for a long tempo run this week.

Why not front squats and normal deads?

Did a quick back workout. Got a huge pump. Old school EVesque vascularity.

Spoiler:

That's around 15% bodyfat. No point in going leaner than that, arms would get alien like. Don't like that look. No point on getting on the sauce either. The size would be nice but the added vascularity would not be wanted. That's a 2 to 1 forearm to wrist size, one of the best ratios in the game.

160s for life

Hit some front squats, up to 205x1. Easy. Felt good, hopefully tomorrow everything feels good too.

Slacking on cardio, climbed 35 floors and wrapped it up.

The realities of natty training state that wrist size is highly correlated to genetic potential. A 2 to 1 forearm to wrist ratio is way up there.

Where do you measure forearm size? Wherever it's thickest below the elbow? And sorry aura, fattyfat measurements don't count.

Bodyweight: 164

Bench press 245x1 265x1 270x1 (PR)
Cgbp (index on smooth) 185x8 (PR)
Dumbbell Fly 35sx12 40sx8 45sx6
Machine should press 2x8

Incline treadmill - 20 min => 271 cals

Two years to hit that bench PR. I think I might have 275 if I go 225, 250, 275.

Back feels great today too, so hopefully front squat can hit a PR soon. My upper back was sore but feels fine now.

The future is bright. Might be able to dominate the 165s once again, now that fakeb, halfslant, and Aidan at 181. I mean my competition is EV and number1hater. I know I have EV for sure in a mock meet, but worried about the potbelly doughboy. Deadlift 315x9?!! Wat.

Literally 165 today, still 6' somehow. I have no hope nor aspirations of any serious gains though, dancing up 5 days a week on average.
