Looks like you can possibly beat your idol and hero canditbro at something. Just like N1H has overtaken his coach, you, too, will destroy your lifting father Candito.

Should be offended, but nah sounds like something I might do.
So candito says he can bench 340 and presses around 180. That isn't even that imbalanced IMO. There are guys like yugo, kc and pummi who have relatively weak benches causing a much smaller ratio, but for people that can actually bench heavy 340/180 isn't that strange a ratio IMO.

We just subtract 10 lbs for halfslant and 5 for loco due to cheating ROM, 10 pounds each from DT and freed bird for their little bounce before the lift, and 15.lbs from Evo for laying down and Everything is good.
I got cocky recently and fell apart. Was on tilt in Reno and bet 9k on the Tigers. They were up 3-0 in the 8th and I lost.
The next day I did a high volume workout and instantly felt better. Since the lost bag nightmare, I started working harder and was 90% through my 2015 financial goals. My lifting volume was mostly strength stuff 3x a week (mainly upper). Got cocky and fell apart.
To function at my best I need the perfect balance of strength training, cardio, and hypertrophy. So I have been working on the last two recently and I am back on track.
Lower body is in shambles. Extensive research has led me to believe I have pelvic misalignment. My back pain is 99% gone but the heaviest I have squatted is 225 for 4x2. Deadlift 230 for 3x6. Lol. No pain lifting is great though.
I wish that was true. For whatever reason I never learn and am perpetually going through the same cycle of injury, minimal rest and rehab, and then jump back on squat wagon too soon, inevitably leading to re-injury.
What I really need is about 6 months of doing absolutely nothing that taxes my low back, then a year of core rehab before even thinking of starting lifting legs again, but I just can't help myself.
This must be what it is like for Weasel to try to go a full Sunday without 20 beers.
Dead srs I would just give up squatting and dling entirely. Not necessary for an aesthetic physique. "efficient", yes, "manly", yes, but not necessary even for the competitive bber much less the hobbyist or guy who wants to eventually get as big as a medium sized fitness model. I was in the same cycle of injury->rest+rehab->injury with oly lifting until I finally broke it and did something different. Best decision I ever made.
