Missed workout, first one all year. Not sure when I will have time. I have a redeye from west coast to dirty south. I then need to turn in my claim and see if judge will speak to me. Then I need to cash some casino chips because I am running low in cash. Then I need to consult a new lawyer about my situation. Then I need to get to San Juan, PR by Thursday where my friends and girlfriend are waiting for me.

It's a good time to say fack it to my coan/deadlift routine. But I think I am going to make time somehow. Tomorrow is key. Can't let that kiwi and aura be right about me being a program hopper/can't handle it when it gets tough sissyboy.

Weight: 169
Coan
Week 6 day1

Deadlift (85%): 1x2 @ 315 lbs
Speed deadlift (70%): 3x3 @ 260 lbs (120 sec rest b/w sets)
Power shrugs : 3x5 @ 255 lbs
Stiff-leg deadlift: 3x5 @230
Bent over row: 3x5 @170
Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 3x5 @175
Arched back good morning: 3x5 @170

Tough.

I checked with fakeb to see if he wanted to train. Said he was busy doing cardio tomorrow. Sad. This guy lifts 1000lbs and now walks around like an IEL and looks down upon the skinnyfat pencildickers.

Lol. My 70k is still alive. The EV is probably whittled down to 30k though. I will let you know, need to setup a meeting in the morning.

I am 169 for sure.

Today I had the chance to train in a gym with honest lighting. My pecs looked a bit saggy and my abs were cottage cheesy. Also a double chin growing.

I am no medical expert, but that's gotta be way too many signs from your body that weight is proceeding to unacceptable levels. The CDC's BMI also agrees.

Another thing is that I started snoring again. I snored when I was fat but it went away as I leaned out. Now it's back.

This all points to finishing the programming and doing a 5week bodybuilding split to get back to 164/165.

It's just mind boggling that the forum thinks EV looks better at 180 than 161. At 180, the dude has love handles forming, has a double chin on his fat face, and pecs and abs are soft. I mean all the signs are there that at 180 he is overweight. Just completely mind boggling that people would think he looks better at 180. Sometimes I think I am going insane, but au contraire, I am one of the few voices of sanity.

At 180, he does look better in clothes. No doubt, because he probably looks like Bieber when he wears a black shirt at 160lbs.

Loco-

We call this strength and fatness for a reason. They like that thick look and for 180 I don't look that bad. It all depends on your preferences. To us, I look quite fat but to them I look thick and still can kinda see abs. I posted some pics on bodybuilding.com and still 20-30% were saying I looked better at 180 but they liked how vascular I was being that lean. I like to hear everyone's opinion because I am not sure how much weight I want to gain.

I agree with you though and I thought it didn't make sense. I guess I was expecting the same sort of replies as last year but I was skinny fat so the results seemed even better I suppose.

I didn't really think 180 looked great, but def good. And 160 looked depleted. Impressive, but depleted. My main point was that an extra 5 lbs (slowly or quickly) would figure to be a big upgrade aesthetically over 180.

But I don't like the depleted/striation look. I think once you get down that lean, guys look more intimidating with just a bit more size (fat) while sporting a slightly thicker but still very visible six pack.

True, but that would have been dickish to point out.

Yugo,
after a week of eating more normally I'm pretty sure a lot more S&Fers would think EV looks better at his lower BW than 180.

Cgbp (paused) 2x5 @185
Incline bench (paused) 2x5 @155
DB skull crusher 3x8 @45s
Tricep pushdown 3x10

Possible good news on my case. New guy asks me what they charge you with? I said nothing. Did they arrest you? No. And he said oh those mother****in thieves. Normally charges 33% but compassion and no crime and feeling sorry for me and he will do it for 20%. I snapped called faster than I do with AA allin preflop.

Wait, your case involves money in some way (either losing out on a 70K windfall or owing 70K, unclear which) and you getting pseudo-arrested for some unnamed offense? Can you explain it any clearer than that and still be vague enough to protect yourself?

Good luck regardless.

That is sad, passing up lifting weights with an e-bro to do cardio should not happen.

Looking down in pity is to be expected for all jelly dickers. Said IELer should then offer advice and support to get them out of jelly dick weights IMO.

I think this is fairly common, especially in NV. I have seen it in the news a lot lately, here is one I just found by Googling. I think it happens in other parts of the country, but from what I have read seems to happen more in NV. They can then use this money instead of turning it into the State to be dispensed. Some police departments seem to go crazy and try to steal money instead of using the law as intended. Pretty sure this is what happened to loco.

*don't hang me if website sucks/isn't a reliable source. I have read it on many other sites, this was the first I found on Google today.

LOL this is my day off from the gym. Of course I wasn't going to train. I did offer to go to the gym with him and/or take him to lunch, but he was busy seeing if his new lawyer would rape him.

Hopefully Marty will share the whole story someday. It is actually much better than he's letting on.

Not really. Those are some serious weights on split squats. Never seen another H&Fer hit those type of weights for 24 reps.

And the smith squats were 250+ lbs. gotta work with what's available. Quads and glutes blasted to oblivion. Solid B workout.
