Same casino I got the Mongolian grill, buddy I am helping with gambling and health and fitness found this beauty at the Mexican restaurant .

Renton probably having a heart attack. I mean the typical mentality around here is very disturbing. Mexican can be quite healthy and quite tasty, you don't have to go off.

I wasn't there to see portions but looks like 700 cals. He said it was facking delicious. It's funny how all these fatties that work with me say this food I eat is facking delicious. And they all lose something silly like 4 pounds a week. But then all of them when they go home, they revert to their old habits. Can you say food addiction?

It's very tilting too because they tag along at the gym and want to do my workout. And even though I EVgonnaEV on legs, they still want to skip leg day. It's really annoying. I rather workout alone or someone with the same goals/motivation. These fatties keeping me down at the gym.

Old man with shoulder aliens, popping veins and visible abs. Wearing cap inside to obfuscate hair thinning. Weird angle and lighting to obfuscate skin tone and blemishes. Recently single. If your lifts weren't so facking sheit and you weighed more than a buck fifty we might have to put your natty status on notice, bro.

For really advanced natties or enhanced bros, higher carbs while dieting can work well pretty often when you're pursuing a high volume approach, and becomes pretty much a necessity at higher BW ranges.
What about bros like ExpectedV? You think he should be eating fewer carbs / more fat?

Yes. Generally for nattys cutting, that's the best approach, and in fact the only approach you can physically take to get to bodybuilding levels of lean-ness. His training is also 100% pussymode vaginal orifice cleaning so of course he doesn't need much energy to get through it.

I meant for natty bulking or slow-bulking. Say your maintenance is 2200 and you're eating 2500. How would you assign macros in that case? I ask because that's where I hope to be in 8-12 weeks from now and I'd like to start planning for it.

In that case, higher carbs good because they promote the release of insulin from the pancreas. But macros matter overall relatively less for gaining weight anyway; meet protein requirements and then do whatever feels best and keeps you feeling full+higher energy.

Way too easy. Going to slow down on these healthy travel options, getting way too ripped. I could seriously make the comment that it's too easy to diet on the road, the exact opposite of what fat poker players say.

The other day I was hungry after one of these meals and I went off at home. However I don't have much food at home. Going off consisted of two quest bars and two pink lady apples. Holy shietballs, I was stuffed beyond belief. How come fatties don't binge on fruit and veggies? Have you ever heard a fatty say, whoa I gorged on 5 apples. That's the kind of food you should have around the house. The pink ladies were absolutely awesome too, confirmed the existence of God. Love fruit and vegetables.

Pink lady confirmed the nuts for apples. But bro, there is literally no way that meal is 10/10 on taste. Maaaybe for low cal food, but hell no for food in general.

I also started running, such is the way of the olds.

Nice pic. Definite 6/10 material.

You actually ate all of that butter?

Agree w/ soulbro, that's definitely not 10/10 on taste. Even among those you have posted, it looks like the least tasty meal, and none of those got 10s.

I thought it was very tasty. Southern trout, yum.

Didn't eat butter and scooped out most of the sugary cinnamon stuff.
Sweet potatoes are awesome plain.

Everywhere I go there are solid options. Makes no sense why people would gain weight on the road. Can only be explained by incorrect food choices leading to addiction.

Beyond facking stuffed. This gumbo has tons of chicken. 70+ g of protein here for the meal.
Honestly I felt too full for about an hour.

Went "off" at Texas de Brazil last night. I would have logged it but I didn't feel like taking a million pictures.

Salad was mostly tomatoes, shrimp, veggies, and salmon.

Then I had approximately
3 oz filet mignon
1 oz bacon
4 oz picahnia
3 oz flank
1 oz lamb
2 oz beef ribs
2 oz pork ribs
A tiny bit of plantains
Glass of wine

My wild guess is 1750 calories. Don't know, don't care.

Too bloated. It hurt. Nasty. Still bloated today.

I think 70% of that meal would have been the sweet spot.

I thought food was increasing my quality of life yesterday and it did not. Why do fatties do this to themselves everyday? Must be addiction.
Faster than Ever: Loco runs a sub5 Mile Quote

Total for yesterday was 2800 calories, so a little bit over maintenance. Maintenance is 2600 cals at 160lb bodyweight. Yeah the magic of being very active.

Yeah my ex fiancé called me this week to pick her up in Boston. The midget musician dumped her. She erased her Facebook and now is very depressed. Just brutal, I feel really bad for her. And it's going to get even worse. She is going to run out of money at Berklee and then if she even graduates good luck getting a work visa.

Really sad. She had a meteoritic rise from busto Asian in a third world country to dating a smart fit rich dude and attending one of the best music schools in the world to most likely heading back to that third world country shiet hole. Honestly, I hope she meets some nerdy Boston dude that will cherish and take care of her. I am not coming back, that would be gross and low self esteem on my part. But I would consider it when I am 44.

Glass of wine (105 cals)
Sautéed garlic spinach
Brussels sprouts

This place makes a mean filet. Feeling good right now. Full and with energy. I have had every dessert at this place, the only one tempting is cobbler a la mode. But not today my friends.

Did I lower my quality of life by restriction? No, I enhanced it. I feel good and have energy to continue working. I would have had two glasses of wine but their by the glass selection is weak, so why drink for the sake of drinking.
