A friend of mine is planning to start taking this stuff soon, and it sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Any advice? I'm trying to tell him he just needs to lift heavy and eat right but he's really into all this supplementing crap.

lists the ingredients. they look pretty bunk. I think longjack is an ok test booster if I remember, noit sure about sativa or w/e, trib is garbage it increases ur...loads...but not ur usable testosterone. The formula also includes zma which is good. I dunno..theres a few ok things in it and a bunch of junkish stuff. Also wtf is a GH secretagogue? lollllllzzz

But yah, even if it was better lift heavy and eat right would be a better idea.

Are test boosters a good thing though? Isnt it just a weaker kind of steroid?

They are different...they dont effect hormone levels in the body except free test usually. Basically you have two test levels in the body Total test and free test. So a normal person might have like (arbitrary numbers and percents) 100 Total and 50 Free. Test boosters usually work I think by increasing free test to say like 65 or 70 but dont effect other hormones in the body. Im not 100% clear exactly how it works exactly but if you wanted to do more research thats the basis I think. Also they are obv a lot weaker at increasing test than say...injectable test or other steroids
