Might continue with super close grip bench on D2 and leave regular comp bench on D1 and D3, especially since the weight for comp bench is getting up there.
LOL at the pause on these. Much closer to TNG but still a PR. Last PR was 280x4 TNG two years ago. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe a sixth rep there on third set but when the RPE is 9.9 I figure it's okay to call it.

Still shoeless, belt only for third set.
You can literally see the moment after rep 9 where EV possesses me.
What's with the torso wobble on the way down? I don't remember you having that in the past. I'm also not sure what exactly to make of it since you seem to maintain your spine position more or less throughout. So, it may not be of any consequence, but it just looks a little odd.
IDK. Does it happen every rep? Or a specific one for me to look at? There's plenty to critique here. I'm essentially a newb when it comes to HBBS.
I'm even more of a newb when it comes to HBBS, so don't take my word for it. I see it on every rep. But it may not need anything. I'm near the last person who should be giving you advice. Maybe one of the more knowledgeable squatters around here will happen along.
Not chiming in with any knowledge, just trying to identify the wobble. What strikes me is that it looks like a two-part hip hinge near the beginning of every rep. I think what it may be is breaking at the knees just a second or part thereof ahead of breaking at the hips. It looks to me like your butt moves straight back an inch or two just after starting each rep, just before your glutes start to drop below the safety bars. Obviously doesn't hinder anything at all.
TY! Our resident HBBS expert said similar. There's at least a little HBBSing as though I'm LBBSing.
I am almost done writing this draft of my book. Hype. I write at least 100 words a day when I first wake up. Often a lot more. But at least that. And now after a few months, the draft is almost done. Crazy how much cumulative progress you can make if you put in a tiny amount of work every day.
I think I'm ready to come out of hiatus for work, too. I'm speaking with an industry colleague about me joining an agency. We'll see we'll see. Just been freelancing in the meantime. And I like it. But it would be nice to be a part of a team again.
