Made friends with a guy. We had a brief spat over me benching in the rack and taking long rests. I explained that I've literally almost died so insist on the rack when available. And then he said okay but those rest periods, scientifically proven lower the weight do more reps and get bigger. I said k, but that depends on your programming and goals, you're assuming I care about that, yeah?
So then we made up and solidifed our bromance by me agreeing to do his post bench workout, 135xamrap.

Today was maybe the easiest day at the gym in a long time, so I'm thinking I'll treat d1 and d2 as peaking days and go for a true one rep max on Friday. Might as well take advantage of strength being optimized with maximum recovery from fatigue

No no there was no question about depth. Do not debate. I only posted the video for the TC burn.
Weasel, idk when. I like it. Tight, controlled descent. More like KC.
Does make it tough to get extra inches though when the weights that heavy. It feels like wearing a squat suit. Not that I've ever worn one or ever will.
