Someone's late to the party, bodpod's been reading low lately for loco and kc

I'd guess he'd probably have read somewhere in the 8% range, but 10-11% for realz seems about right to me.

SS could be good. Leaning towards TM. Once I hit my strength goals (which is after I figure those out) I think I'll work on maintaining strength and focusing on gymnastics and crime fighter training, something like weight training 2x a week then other stuff 2x a week.

Another note, the bodpod guy said he gets his fat from things like fish. I was like dafuq? Because fish has like next to no fat content. I asked him about a potential correlation between fat intake and testosterone production. He pointed to his hyooge guns and said, "Does it look like I don't have enough testosterone?"

9% was gonna be my guess but i got spoiled. Seems about right.

It's only that high because you have zero legs. If I were showing those abs I'd be at 7%. That's the problem with the visual estimate. Guy showing abs at 155 lbs isn't the same as guy showing abs at 170 lbs. But people just peek the gut and think they got it all figured out. Doesn't matter how strong or big you are. If you see clear abs without crazy vascularity you're 10% end of story.

Yugo been chasing the gut but forgot about dat back and dem legs. Soulmang in a similar boat. I'm heading down that path.

I bet DT is like 17%. 18.5% tops.

Bodpod has lifted the wool from the skinny fats' eyes. To look good you either gotta go full string bean like bustoR here, or you need to have strong lifts like the real busto.
