Sickening. 32 reps of 235. The average max bench in S&F is 235x1. But that's at average bodyweight of 200. Yet you hit 32reps in one workout at the 30 pounds lighter. Sickening.

Dude if you bulk to weasel/Cha/bpa status, you might honestly hit 405.

But I don't think I like this from an aesthetic standpoint since your lower pecs are already overdeveloped. MOAR incline.

I don't like the thought of the GGGE bulking to 200+ and think he would look more like a bald and non-bearded Bombur than a strong elf.

Obv fat elf doesn't compare to ripped elf, but we shouldn't rule out an auramegabulk just yet. Waistline would probably expand as fast as my gainz, but those WRs...

Loco referenced cha, bpa, and The Weaz. IIRC all 3 are in the 230-240 range, so you would be adding 40-50 lb to that 190 pic and 60-70 lb to your current weight. I stand by my Bombur reference.

I mean that too. He did a good job of killing the love handles. I remember we use to pick on him for that. Probably got lipo. I have started doing research on how to get rid of my cottage cheesey bellyfat. One option is to cut to 149. The other option is to get cut and get it vacuumed out. Other option is var + t3.

Last week I did bench 225x10x3 and it was pretty hard. I am curious if 235x8x3 us harder or easier. I really have no idea. Will have to try it next bench workout and report. Regardless, good job.

Those were dark days. I ate nothing but heavily cheesed omelets, protein shakes, and peanut butter. And they say keto keeps you lean. Not this guy.

Thinking I will bring back incline on speed bench day.

Leg DOMS peaked last night. Finally feel better today. Just in time for DLs.
