juicing worked for me therefore

extrapolate to population with no phenotypic variations in adherence, metabolism, body type, reward behavior, etc

strong logic

Cobra - But where else where I get to see a big guy doing chinese snatches?

riptidebsi - I have a juicer. I make juice sometimes. It's delicious. I can't think of any good reasons to make it a fundamental part of a weight loss menu. I mean, it could be part of it or easily could not be part of it. There doesn't seem to be anything actually special about it....except that you lose all the fiber from the fruit and veggies.

Juicing works for like 100% of people. Look at Country Roads, he is making "All kinds of Gainz" on the juice. Not sure why you guys hating so much.

Everyone can do their own research, I am not into trying to convince anyone of anything, my ego does not need that validity. I was interested in sharing an idea that is working for me and many others. Besides weight loss, the value of removing the fiber from a full spectrum of vegetables allows the body to absorb, rather than to spend a significant portion of its energy towards digestion. In addition a lot of the nutrients are locked inside the fiber and will never be extracted.
I am not going to get into a debate, do your own research and take it or leave it.
Peace.

Riptide,

Have you considered the similar benefits of juicing steaks, chicken, burgers, etc?

Sounds so boring. Why don't you just walk the city streets or country roads? These new video games seem more fun. Find one that requires the player to be the controller.

Its alright, I just watch something while doing it (the Inbetweeners atm). By game do you mean something like this: https://www.zombiesrungame.com/ ?

So, I ****ed up today. Had alcohol for the first time since starting this and the only exercise I did was getting up to piss 23 times.

Had friends over to watch the ME FT and yeah, it happened. Thought I was past succumbing to temptation but apparently I've got a lot of work to do. Guess a positive is I didnt eat any **** and I drank what I thought would have the lowest calories. Used to only drink jack and coke or beer so it was a change.

Oh well, back on the wagon tomorrow.

Food/drink for 31/10. The alcohol amount is an estimate, I had roughly half the bottle and gave the rest to a mate when he left so I wouldnt finish it off.

I haven't actually played any of these video games. But any game that requires you to move to control the players. If you sweat while playing, that is cardio.

I really liked the Inbetweeners. There's even a movie.

I think he means the kind of game where you're playing on the wii or xbox/kinect or something and you have to physically move to play the game.

Yah I am impressed you kept your calories down. How did you feel? Drunk hungover or just relaxed having a good time? See for me I would be drunk and hungover plus I would eat more. If you can do that and feel good all the power to you so long as it is not everyday seems cool to me. Gotta have fun.

It's perfectly fine to have a "cheat day" every once in a while as long as you keep in mind it's an acknowledged "cheat" and don't let it become your new normal.

I incorporate a cheat meal into my plan. I get cravings for the food that I ate before I started trying to lose weight. Once a week, I go out to lunch and get something that I crave. I just eat it in moderate proportions instead of eating it all. The result is that I probably only consume 200-300 more calories that a normal meal. But, it satisfies the cravings. And, if I want something in particular, I know that my cheat meal is only two days away

Cheat meals and cheat days are fine once in a while, but why are we discussing that? This guy stayed under 2000 calories. Looks like a fine day to me. 700 calories from alcohol and still got 167 grams of protein? That **** is straight up a pro move. This guy don't need our help. He just needs to log the calories everyday and meet his goals.

Yes, that's what I mean. You should be winded and sweating while playing the game. Fun and exercise at the same time. Then you would be willing to do it more often.

+1 to it not truly being a cheat day or meal so no need to start comparing yet.

We're discussing it because the guy felt bad about it.
