In terms of time and effort, I know there will be practice and games. Everyone on team had full time jobs / lifes. The skill level is high, but it is a more "street" league.
Of course I have a job, jobs to be honest. If you don't work, you don't eat. Hence me cutting weight god bless the motor city.
You are very charming. Tx.
I have no clue with football. But I don't see any good argument against that.
You are old enough, but also young enough
. I mean if you would be 45 yo, I would have suggested to check the average age in the team, but so....
And what is most important is, that it is apparent, that it is challenging and at the same time exciting for you. That it would be a kind of things where you can prove yourself, that you can do it and be good at it.
I would so do it.
And it would be definitely good for physical form. I mean you can loose weight by eating less and doing nothing. But at least my body always maximized it's fat content to the max possible for the given physical activity level. I could never stop working out and remain slim. It is different if you know that you have to run/do yoga/fooball training with this McDo meal/chocolate bar/pasta and wine dinner or you can just get rooted to your couch.
