My wrist is definitely tweaked, extension beyond maybe 30deg gets painful, but otherwise it's fine. Not sure how fencing's gonna go, but I'll just wear a wrist wrap or something to keep it in place.

Sunday weigh-in:
Weight: 176.5±.5 lbs
Waist: 33.175±.1 in
Caliper: 7.35±.5 units

I haven't taken Creatine in about 2 months now or so, and I think I'm gonna go back on it next week. Brief research shows it'll be about 2lb waterweight gain.

Tuesday: Skipped fencing and did footwork at the gym instead for ~20-30 minutes.

Bench: 180x5, x4, x3, 155x5, 135x6
- Wore wrist wraps to not **** up the wrist
- Resetting down to 165

P-G Pull-Ups: +35x6x2

Then footwork for a while. I think my wrist is fine, so I'm gonna try snatching tomorrow.

Wow I thought 7% would be a LOT more shredded than that guy is. I always figured everything was way overestimated etc. etc.

Seems like it's pretty similar to a tank test, I'm thinking about getting one of those done myself, it's only $35 and if the person running it is as hot as that chick it will surely be money well spent.

Yeah, he moved while the test was in progress though, which throws off results (can't find exactly how much).

And the first guy was just lol with all the hair.

Wednesday: weak day

Left my gym bag at home, then stayed late at work, and missed my stop. So I'd only have like 30 minutes to oly lift if I got there.

Squat: 280x5x3
- left knee was feeling weird, and I did stuff yesterday. Mostly just scared to go higher though
- I'm just gonna pretend this is "volume day"

Pendlay Rows: 155x5x3

I between rows: 15lbx20 db side raises, 15x20 db flyes, abs

Friday: fencing. Apparently there's spring break in some schools, so it was pretty empty. I got in ~2 ours of fencing, 20 minute lesson, and some dumbbell bro stuff. I think I figured out a better grip, seems like it improves my bladework speed. But my thumb got tired pretty fast, possible from the pendlay rows Wednesday. Also oblique opposition hurt my wrist a bit, but otherwise it seems recovered.

I'm officially the owner of a 72lb weighted vest. Picked it up this morning and walked home (two half-mile trips to and from the subway). The walking wasn't very hard. Climbing stairs was harder. Jogged 3 blocks in it, and that was harder especially since it bounces up and down.

The vest was brand new, still in its package. I don't know how the guy came to own it, but it's a steal at $130 imo. The shipping alone would probably be $40.

Now I just need to get a gas mask and go jogging around town.

Yesterday I did vested chinups for two singles at 72lbs.

Today I was pretty excited about using the vest for running, but my roommate talked me out of going for the full 72lb sprints the first time. He said my joints and ligaments might not handle the full impact. So since I haven't done sprints in a year, I pussied out and knocked it down to 36 lbs before I left. Ran double 15-yard sprints (to the cone and back) on shallow sand. Did 10 sets like that with 1 minute rest between sets. Hamstrings started to give out towards the end. Warmed up with a quarter mile jog, then another quarter mile cooldown. Walk to/from the track was about 1.5 miles.

Also, RIP White Castle by my house

About 3 hours later hit the gym:

BP: 165x5x2, x7, 135x9

DL: 315x6
- strapped+belted. First time DLing since early January I think.

Face-Pulls: 110x15x3

Met a guy squatting 185, who turned out to be doing SS. He said he was also adding muscle-ups at the end, which motivated me to try them. I couldn't do it, but I know a decent spot for them now. Didn't see him bench, but his DL was 205 I think. He looked pretty fit though, so I'm guessing his bench was higher from previous brotation.

I have no idea what I'm doing right now, feels like I'm doing too many things to expect stable progress on specific lifts.

Started Creatine and Beta-Alanine loading. Not looking forward to the pissing and face/dick tingling. Just took it 10 minutes ago and I can already feel having to piss, and I know after I go and wash my hands, I'm gonna want to piss again.

Also, upper back and leg DOMS. Upper back ok, but legs? It's weird how just doing a new exercise gives auto-doms, even if I've been regularly exercising leg stuff.

Woke up with sick DOMS. Hamstrings and thighs right by my hip joint, which makes lifting my legs super painful. Rolled, and I think it was a bit better.

Wednesday: Skipped oly lifting because I'm feeling like ****. Remnants of DOMS, cramps from creatine loading, and I've been feeling shortage of sleep the past couple of days.

Drank like 1.5 gallons of water at work today and felt a bit better, now gonna catch up on sleep.

I've been feeling like crap the past week. I think it's because I'm only averaging like 6-7 hours a day and sleeping on the floor (never got around to buying a mattress). Upgraded to an airbed, and will get a real bed when I get around to it.

Friday: Fencing. Was ok

Saturday: overall pretty weaksauce:
BP: 170x5x3
PG Pull-Ups: +40x6, x5

Some standing cleans and snatch high pulls.

Gonna go try for 10-12 hours of sleep.

I don't think I ever recovered from a cold I've had like 2 weeks ago. Feels like I have some sinus infection, but not bad enough to go to the doctor. I got some nasal spray today to hopefully take care of it.

Friday: fencing. Lesson. Did decent and not so decent later. d(fencing)/dt is probably around 0 atm

Monday: Gym. Meant to do it Sunday, but I ****ed around the whole day instead.
Bench: 177.5x5, 172.5x5, x6 (messed up and added an extra 5lbs first set)
Standing Cleans: up to 95x3x3
DL: 325x5 strapped. bar path was fast fast. And I warmed up with 185x5 Snath Grip DL for the hell of it.

Totally forgot extra stuff yesterday:

OHP: 95x8 without warmup after standing cleans. First time BB OHPing in months, previous max was like 120ish. Still baller imo.
Side Lat Raise: 25x12. Previous max was like x5. Baller.
Dips: BWx10 was ezpz.

Tuesday: Fencing. Lesson. Paid dearly for the Monday workout.
