Little better than last time. Would have liked to have finished out the press strong, but oh well. Good news is I did all my warmups and was feeling only extremely mild discomfort, so I decided not to tape up. I'd say my wrist is 95% back at this point. I've got a double header Sunday, so I'll give a no tape test run there too. Worst part of today was we broke out a slip n slide yesterday in the heat and I burned my shoulders, which is not ideal when I'm scheduled to squat the next day. But I made it through.
Weighed 195.4 today, which makes a little more sense. Didn't do too much damage during the apps and main course, but put quite a dent in the dessert table, although I decided to abandon my plate and what was left of the blondies I brought, probably didn't need to eat 2,000 worth of dessert today. Back to a decent day today, 1,890 cals plus whatever was in a bunch of cherries I had for a snack this afternoon. I find the only way for me to control calories is to eat very little for lunch and breakfast and give myself plenty of rope for dinner
