So I haven't lifted in a week and half or so. No excuses, I'm just the laziest. Haven't even been running or anything either, the only physical activity I've gotten is playing indoor soccer on Sunday and that barely counts since I'm the goalie. ****ing miserable game too, gave up a super soft goal and then like three goals where I challenged and won the initial through ball but cleared it right to one of their players to knock into an empty net, lost by one. Terrible. Anyways, given the slight layoff and the fact that my last sessions were terrible to boot, I took a bunch of weight off and reset.
Weighed in yesterday at 204.4 after popping all the way up to 210 with post-Thanksgiving bloat, under 200 by Christmas, for real this time.
