So have been out of the gym for a few weeks with a sprained ankle I got running over a female teammate of mine playing coed soccer two and a half weeks ago. Feeling mostly back to normal now, so decided it was time to get back in the gym. Been taping it up to play kickball, but that's about it since then. Wasn't going to let some 120 pound girl be the person to have me miss my first game due to injury ever. Anyways, took it nice and light today to get back into the swing of things
