Not dead, just lazy about lifting and updating. But I lifted yesterday

Bench: 5x190
Deadlift: 3x415

Got a fourth deadlift rep above the knee but couldn't lock it out. Pretty disappointing. Even though I've barely lifted recently, I would have expected the deadlift to be better, usually I can grind those out pretty good. Must be because of my massive weight loss

Hey, I lifted today. I think it's the first time since the 23rd, lol me. Reset the weights because I'm a pussy who DEL. Anyways.

Also I never posted motivational noods for February after weighing in at 197.2 I believe, so these will have to do, from just now. I also need to clean all the toothpaste residue off my mirror, gross

You and I have completely different natural body shapes. This is going to be a tough road for me and I may need to pull out some shenans if I'm gonna break even.

So I went like a full month without lifting, then lifted three times two weeks ago, then didn't lift at all last week. So I reset two weeks ago, and now I'm redoing that

So I lifted a couple times last week, just didn't log it.

Deadlift: 10x295

Would have got more deadlifts except I forgot to chalk up, so my grip was failing towards the end. I think I did 13 last week. Going to keep adding 10 pounds as long as I keep hitting double digits

Oh yeah, and I farted myself all the way back up to 210 last week after DoctorZangief called off the bet, so really trying to dial it back. Popped back on the EC, 205.8 this morning. Bless water weight

So going a little out of order, had about 45 minutes to lift before dinner plans and showed up to see multiple guys already on every rack and bench. So pressed and deadlifted again

Right knee was feeling a little wonky, especially on my lighter warm up sets. Went for a run last week and my right calf ached all weekend, seemed to get better and I played kickball on Monday and ran again yesterday, but it was definitely real tight at the bottom of the squat. So just something to keep an eye to see if it continues

Finally made it in. Tried to get a session in Sunday and found out that they had holiday hours the day before Memorial Day, wtf. Anyways, deadlift was good, press is feeling the effects of so little work. Never going to make progress going 1 to 2 times a week though

Both felt pretty decent. Been on the outs with my girlfriend, think she's doing the whole distant but wait for me to be the bag guy and breakup routine, which I just sent the we need to talk text this afternoon to go through with it. Anyways, gained back pretty much all the weight I lost in Jan/Feb, back up around 210, hopefully getting back into the Tinder game gives the motivation to start cutting again

WIMed the **** out of my eighth press rep, felt like it took 15 seconds to lock out. Deadlift I had an 11th rep about an inch or two away from locking out, but couldn't quit get it. Still hitting double digit reps though, so I'm ok for now.

Also hopped back on the EC stack today. Weighed in at over 215 the last few days, admittedly at night and not in the morning like I usually do, but it's getting away from me. Really need to get back to sub 200 and stay there, preferably in the 170-180 range

Went all right today. Definitely seven this time, no doubt about it. Going to take five pound jumps now in the squat since I failed to hit 10.

Diet has been decent the past few days, EC still works. Hit a bit of a roadblock at lunch, stopped in at McDonalds before working out and already talked myself into a small fry to go along with two McDoubles, and then they tossed some free cookies in the bag presumably because they were super slow taking my order. I have zero will power when food is put in front of me, just don't have it in me to toss out food. Told myself I was going to only eat one of them, but it was way better than I ever remembered McDonalds cookies being, warm and chewy, and so I housed all three. So instead of being at 1390 calories with dinner to go without the free cookies, I'm at 1900. I'll have to keep it light from this point forward. Weighed in at 210.4 this morning

Everything felt heavy and slow. No pop off the bottom of the squat at all, every rep felt heavy, not just the last few
