Bench: 11x160
KB swings: 15x35 on the minute for 10 minutes
Tried to go for a run yesterday but could feel my knee was a little sore, so been sticking with kettlebell swings for cardio, and also didn't even bother to try squatting today. Also weighed in at 216 today, so downloaded a calorie tracking app and really need to get some discipline and start dieting hard.
