I had a hamstring strain a few weeks back, so similar issues. It's definitely annoying. I hope you recover soon.

Had a kettlebell arrive, been fooling around with that a little bit the last few days too. Just been doing some swings, trying to get a feel for that.

KB swings: 15x35 on the minute for 10 minutes

Tried to go for a run yesterday but could feel my knee was a little sore, so been sticking with kettlebell swings for cardio, and also didn't even bother to try squatting today. Also weighed in at 216 today, so downloaded a calorie tracking app and really need to get some discipline and start dieting hard.
