When I went from like 235 -> 275 I drank a lot of whole milk. But, I live in a house with other people who don't want to extra cals. So I drink 2%. Woe is me.

Ribeyes and strips and a shake imo.... and a 400 kcal beer with dinner.
Oh by the way, all the above are only two meals / day.
Lunch, dinner + a snack in between.
Anyway, post 1001 in this log. Start of page 11. Wow. Not good enough progress. Gotta work harder.
