Achilles feels fine. Whatever. I need to find an ART dude to work on my calves though. PVC/foam/lax ball isn't cutting it.

every 5 from 100 up to 135
missed 125 the first time through as I pulled it "wtf far" in front. 130 looked fine, at least for me. 135 jerk was a little shaky and felt meh so stopped there.

If you can, try to find someone who does both ART and Graston imo. That individual could do Graston on your achilles and ART on your calves.

Ty I am trying to work hard after being a lazy POS this winter. I'm just back to where I was in november or so, which is frustrating but whatever. I have better "momentum" this time. I am not sure what that means, but it is true nonetheless.

Yes, I am 6'6" and have long arms for my size. I am equally naturally sized for oly as I am for the back seat of the clown car, gymnastics and cornerback.

Did some work earlier in the day where I moved some sandbags and some heavy ****, and I think it tired me out for my workout.

Snatch up to 100, 105xFx4
Pulled way high enough, locked out fine, just couldn't hold overhead for some reason. Lost 2 forward and 2 behind.

Clean and Jerk
Up to 130, 135xF Jerkx1

Squat
170 (last warmup), 192x1x2-3
Very tired, back felt weird and tired and these were grinders even though they weren't supposed to be so I just cut it after 2 or 3.

Easy, but outside of right forearm felt bad so I stopped short of more work and rolled it

Felt good. Last two reps were tiring. 178 next week should be doable.

Lifting at my old gym this week so I will move up intensity day to thursday and probably do too much on wednesday. Oh well, fun to lift with people I know vs. alone in the garage.

Power clean
Up to 95x3
Again very easy, but my right forearm hurt again so I stopped early. It feels similar to how a shin splint feels along the bone. Just gonna take play this by ear and hope it goes away soon.

Skipped due to R forearm still feeling bad. It was week 4 of 5/3/1 which was a deload anyway, so I'll just jump into it again next week.
