Achilles feels fine. Whatever. I need to find an ART dude to work on my calves though. PVC/foam/lax ball isn't cutting it.

missed 125 the first time through as I pulled it "wtf far" in front. 130 looked fine, at least for me. 135 jerk was a little shaky and felt meh so stopped there.

Ty I am trying to work hard after being a lazy POS this winter. I'm just back to where I was in november or so, which is frustrating but whatever. I have better "momentum" this time. I am not sure what that means, but it is true nonetheless.
Yes, I am 6'6" and have long arms for my size. I am equally naturally sized for oly as I am for the back seat of the clown car, gymnastics and cornerback.
Did some work earlier in the day where I moved some sandbags and some heavy ****, and I think it tired me out for my workout.

Again very easy, but my right forearm hurt again so I stopped early. It feels similar to how a shin splint feels along the bone. Just gonna take play this by ear and hope it goes away soon.
