Never sit or ride around in a Tesla is all I will say, bc then you will want one. I don't even like cars. MDX-4-dadlife imo.

For me, loaded flexión is absolute hell. I feel the same burning pain as the back injury. Unweighted extension feels like heaven, and in Lock's opinion no herniation has ever occurred after warming up with some bodyweight extension execises. All I am saying is, watch out for those front squats and snatches. I buttwink on my front squats when I am not dialed in 100%.
Part of the reason I like wl is that you can't grind through loaded flexion like you can in pl, you'll just drop the weight. Now is it "good" for you? No but it's also a lot less load and time under ****ing flexion (TUFF), so it's at min not as bad.
