everything else feels k, everything in balance

I'm working on negative visualization. Seems k.

I'm also still working on meditation. I did a few months straight of daily meditation, typically 15-20 mins after I get up. I still highly recommend this but it's a big ymmv, and that's even the case daily, for me.

Shared some beers and pizza with Fredd-Bird and his gf. Good times and good people. Naturally we did not even lift. Though we looked at my weights... pretty consistent with my overall approach.

Ate a lot of great bbq over the weekend. Also got (also great) beers with 2p2 mod (wow!) AIOTT. Thus ended the week of the 2p2er floorbeer. variance: last time I saw AIOTT, he said he did not even read my log.

The handle of my bike tire floor pump snapped off and my hand/thumb came down on it, royally ****ing my thumb via taking a large chunk out of it.

Thumb is healing well. Keeping it clean/fresh/non-infected/thick/solid/tight. Stitches out on Friday if all continues according to plan.

Thumb is healing. Got stitches out and it looks less mangled and has almost stopped oozing what I am guessing is healing juice (?). /biology
