Just a friend's photo. We didn't have the budget to rent out the whole Indianapolis Capital Grille AND have a photographer for the entire reception.

We actually got married in Hilton Head, which I grant doesn't really refute the gestalt of your point.

I was going to say that was really fast, you got remarried in two years. That you must like the married life. But then I saw that she was hot, so that's cool.

Balance is great. But I really think it's the exercise that fuels everything else. And it's not like we can really over do it there, no one is living in the gym 20 hours a week. As a matter fact, we all probably doing too little.

MOAR. 6'6 225. MJ.

One breast at a time, my friend, one breast at a time. I guess that goes for both marriage and RFL.

Also, PM me for RFL coaching.

Also, grats on your second (?) marriage :k:

Please note: the UD2 is an advanced diet for advanced dieters and is only for those seeking very low levels of body fat. A male should be at 12-15% body fat or lower and females at 21-24% body fat or lower prior to considering the UD2. As well trainees must have at least 6 months of consistent training in the weight room under their belt before they even consider the UD2.
That's not me bruh.

8oz at a time on the chicken.

Appropriate seasoning and sauces to mix it up.

Profit.

dt,

Congrats! She's even hotter not in a wheelchair!

Your commitment to balance is even more impressive since you seem to actually kinda maintain it even between things no one likes (dieting) and things everyone likes (jetsetting). Should take out an ad for life coaching @$200/hour. Your life plan seems to beat out loco's tuna for all meals, stress about not spending enough hours in the gym nonsense.

I'm sure you have copious amounts of head fat to subtract.

But ok, fair enough.

He's fat tho.

Congrats. You outkicked your coverage.

Try eating less and don't RFL smh. Look at Soulbro for a cautionary tale.

@mikey, idk if I'm RFLing... just eating chicken and not eating carbs because I'm fat, and being sad. That's just called dieting? I'll eat well at least twice this week, just basically eating chicken until then. k.

Back Squat

idk that I'll back squat, but I put it on the lowest setting and it felt fine.

Front Squat

Press
60/130x5x2

Press
60/130x5x1+ (11)

Power Jerk

No one other than AJ has done a real RFL and a few random insane people. 1000 calories a day is a pretty robust # for actually RFLing. Just eat lots of salad and be sad IMO. I'm down like 2lbs in the last week via this method. Which is pretty much was I lost while setting PRs on Smolov Jr. for a month.

Whats up with that division tho?

wtf is 120/265?

My wife did an actual RFL in the past. I said I'd do it with her... only 2 weeks... I'm not disagreeing with anything you said. fwiw I told her this is a bad idea. Married life is cool so far... forgot about not doing what you want anymore. Fun.

kg/lbs - just being lazy and copy and pasting from a spreadsheet as I don't always plan if I'll lift at my gym for fancies (lol'n at thinking of them replacing all the lbs with kg there) or at home (kg master race).

Ha almost forgot about the beer-festival wheelchair gambit to avoid lines. Gonna keep that one in my pocket. Thanks.

I'm trying to add some diet stress let's see how it goes!

Congrats on life.

For $350 you can get 12 weeks of someone to set your macros and I'd pretty much guarantee weight loss. You'd have to be a bit OCD and meal plan, weigh or scan everything. But it works and likely after 12 weeks you'll learn a lot about how to eat going forward. Website is strongerufit.
