Re: lifting
Last week was deload week kinda sorta, I lifted twice, highlight: bench 255x5 then mostly nothing, but I was active. Maybe I'll find my log and put it in here, maybe not. Then I was busy for a week or so ending today where I was pretty inactive. I tweaked my back in the same ****ty back spot playing tennis the other day, once I figured out how to serve harder, apparently at the expense of my back. Oops. Anyway, I will probably get back into some dumb bench + BB + mobility routine this weekend or Monday.

I was just getting into him when I was in Chicago for #PITCHFORK. He was supposed to perform but his flight from Detroit was delayed and he missed the set. It was not k.

I weigh 5 lbs more now. So 250. I blame loco. I'd basically been KCing all the beer, but I slowed down about 350%.

Today I decided to lift.

A vascular-upper-body woman with literally perfect glutes makes me hate my life the whole time. I mean, I am not really attracted to arms like that, but christ on a stick those glutes. Got to KB swing right next to them, almost just Lt. Danned myself out the second story glass pane rather than go back to having to not see that. Can a 32 KG KB break tempered glass? probably just crack it. ****.

I'm on a plo heater. Tried to type up a cool hand, but I suck at poker writing so I deleted it. Cliffs: very active game, very active pf, have raised this drunk but otherwise decent lag guy off a few hands previously on the flop and on a turn: on the flop, 1100 in pot 3-way, check then potted to me on Q82dd, looks like 3rd dude is folding... I tank for a minute then repot it to 4k with my AAxx (Ad, but no second diamond) get lag guy's ~2500 left in with his KQT4dd, and win the 40/60 or whatever when the board puts up two blanks. LIGWIM.


Yugo: Arms are back to normal size. It takes at least 2+ weeks of lifting (and a min of TWO sessions per week, not one) for my arms to get what some call "almost too big."
