95% sure my ankle injury is posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. I have an ortho appt to go have them tell this to me this week, but maybe I just skip to doing the PT stuff at home by myself. Sometimes it doesn't feel like anything. Sometimes it's terrible. K.

lol at this log still being on page 2. This forum, man. Why did I click.

Anyway, I'm not really doing ****. I ****ing blow at golf. 23 index. Gotta get it to low teens next year. My swing probably looks like my wl in year 1. On the plus side, I walk a lot when I play and I feel k. Weight the same (~ v fat). Might have to get a gf like kc if I want to lose any weight. (That's the joke.)

Hello. I thought I was gonna stop loggin'. But maybe not. I gotta lose some weight, maybe I track here. K?

Golf: Ended year at 20 index shooting something like 87-92 pretty consistently. Putting a nice heater in my garage and there's room for my mat and net so I also ordered a mevo plus - it's no gc quad but I mean come on 10-20k for something I'm gonna use for only a few months a year? Nah. Also looking at country clubs for next year maybe, lol. Who am I. I have gone full golf.

Weight: Got as high as 299, yikes. Currently slowly losing weight. Like 283 or something. Still yikes, gotta be at least 260s to look normal at 6'6" imo. Gotta go full KC, I think and get a vegetarian gf. Don't tell mrs dt.

Lifting a weight: Not really. Lifting like 1-2x/week just to maintain a minimal level. Like squat 120x8, dl light, bench 120x8, press 100 or something idk. I am not worried about it for now.

Peleton: I have one! Idk why. I'll blame my wife maybe. It's pretty fun actually.

Hi, Yugo. There is no such thing as too big arms or too much money. Very simplistic thinking. I am setting a hard limit on 4 kids though. I was talking to a mom I'd just met at my son's baseball game and she said she had 4 kids. I looked at her, and I said what were you thinking? 4 kids. That's dumb. She laughed nervously and told me my arms were not big enough to father her 5th child. I said good bc I'm getting a vasectomy next month anyway. French people. Unreal.

hmmm....299 for weight is lbs (I sincerely hope)...are your lifts in lbs or kg?

re: golf clubs...they are expensive but if you can get the whole crew into it it's a nice luxury
