I went to Spain. It was cool. I ate and drank a ****ing hilarious amount. A lot. I like Spain. Barcelona is the nuts. Gained about 3.50 kg. Doesn't matter.

Was gone for two weeks, then I took it easy last week because I was tired.

Just something light today to get back into things.

Whoa whoa whoa. Relax your traps.

I never said that I was concerned about my arms getting too big. I said that they were getting borderline too big. Not too big for me, friends. K.

Did you do a lot of walking in Spain?

Maybe some existing as well?

Barcelona is indeed the nuts. Paella. Tapas. Art. Clubs. Ok beach is not the best, but it's a city so whatever. Awesome restaurants. Also a church that's pretty cool.

Montecore, I averaged a Jonfonian 20,000 steps per day and a Weasely 10 real drinks (25 BLL equivalent) per day to make up for that kcal expenditure.

Existing was easy.

Soulman, I didn't do clubs because I am not French, but otherwise you are correct. You know what made up for so-so sand on the beach, though? Smoking hot 10s everywhere taking off all their clothes. We do not have that in USA#1, thank goodness for our freedom, that would be terrible. Barcelona had great women in general though. Very hot. Oh, almost forgot, I was molested in the street, random 24/37 Spainish street girl felt up my chest. Pretty odd. So proud. Never forget. K.

City is the nuts. Food. Food. Not food. Something not great about City. Awesome Food serving establishments.

6.24.2015 (yesterday)

bw on Tuesday (so 2 days ago from this post) was 249.5(!) USA lbs, so I have decided to mildly diet. I would like to get down to 240 at least, maybe 230, idk. Doesn't matter. Nothing drastic, but Spain probably gave me about +10lbs and I wasn't watching my diet AT ALL prior to that, so yeah. Maybe I'll lose 25lbs. Maybe I'll become a drug man and gain to about 350. Anything is possible. Follow your dreams.

Shoulders/biceps wouldn't fit through short sleeve shirt holes post workout. K.

Locked eyes with gym hottie in parking lot. She was probably mirin' my soccer mom / cha luxury SUV, or possibly my two carseats. Exactly the types of things hot 25yos are into, I would guess. Cha I'll have to fly you down to explain to her some of the technical advantages of the MDX c.2012-2013.

To get to the point: I drove away and she was probably just concerned that I wasn't looking at the road. Basically, she and I are dating at this point.

I don't think you have a shot bro. Too big and scary looking.

But maybe if you bring back the sweet atg high bars right in front of her. OMG the finesses, the depth, the ROM. That will make her realize how there is more to his 6'6 behemoth than just too big arms.

Are you any good? Could be blasting 120mph serves in no time with the height+ strength combo imo

No, I am terrible. Not like modest "oh shucks I am just ok." No. Actually bad. However yes, I can hit the ball quite hard on a serve now and again. Consistency on said serve is probably 10-20%. Maybe less. No idea what's going on. Tennis is a lot of fun though!

Big pump. Went to Chik-Fil-A after and tried to order a double spicy chicken sandwich, but instead of saying double I said "extra spicy patty" or some such error and they put a sticker on it that said "extra spicy", which appears to be meaningless outside of getting the sticker, as it was not at all spicy. Sometimes life throws you curveballs, bros.

Probably an inherent issue at European chik-fil-a.

Feeling great. I think I dislocated a rib (?) or had some other wack shoulder/neck/rib/back problem this past weekend, but that subsided. Worked on shoulder mobility some this weekend for that reason. Played tennis for a couple of hours after/the next day though, and I was fine, so idk. It was very painful in my right ribcage area. It's gone now. Olds. K.

This intro really breaks down meditation well imo. It also removes a lot of the "woo" from meditation.
Basically:
1) Sit
2) Notice your breath
3) When your mind wanders, that's fine, take your thoughts back to your breath

K now you meditated. Go enjoy its benefits. It won't change your life, but it will help.

Good stuff on the video. Gave it a go, hopefully I can continue. Might stick a post it on my mirror as a reminder, but that doesn't seem very zen...

Don't like that fat lady.

I never talk about it, but I am also master of meditation. Had no choice, I was 26 years old and would swing five figures in 10 minutes and enjoyed betting $10000 a game on sports. Now I take it for granted and only use it when needed. Need to start daily again.

He has large spiritual component to it, but Wayne Dyer is my favorite. YouTube Wayne Dyer and the gap and get rolling at minute 9:00.

That's for rookies. In my early 30s I would just paint a flower in my mind and stay there for 15 minutes. Now it's deteriorated but still way better than you chumps. Get at it.
